Last night was our 5th presentation for TotallyTandem and we had a great time sharing our plans with some excellent mates & the Half Fast Cycling crew at The Pink Cow in Roppongi. While the format of this presentation was quite different from those we have delivered  at schools, another great time was shared by all! Although, it has become apparent that children ask perhaps the most interesting questions, the older we get, the less we think to question at all. But perhaps the lack of questions simply suggests that our presentation is completely comprehensive….? Stand by while we upload some video that was captured by the amazing Miss Van.

Absence of questions aside, it’s an absolute treat to be able to stand up in front of a group of people that provide us with constant motivation  – we feel so lucky to be able to involve such awesome folks in our plans and to feel the power of their incredible support. Presenting our trip like this fills us with extraordinary energy and offers us clarity that we will certainly call upon in the coming months. With only 2 weeks left on our Tokyo clock, this is the final presentation for us in Japan, but we sure hope to be able to continue presenting our project along the journey at schools and other respectable establishments. We want to thank everyone who has listened to our ramblings and contributed to our trip in many & various ways.

Special thanks to everyone for showing their TotallyTandem colours and donning the shirts. Through donations & T-shirt sales last night we raised Y34,000 for World Bicycle Relief. Truly awesome support!

Thanks also to The Half Fast Cyclists for hosting the event and to the Pink Cow for letting us fill their bar with our Aussie accents.

But mostly, thanks for the smiles, the incredible words of encouragement and for the huge amount of love we feel from all of the special ones who make it possible for us to keep believing in the dream. Your support means the world to us.

Massive big up’s to adidas Japan for supporting us with our fancy new triple stripe gear! We had a brilliant day last Sunday with the legendary Dave Thommo Thomas at the adidas store in Roppongi. He sorted us out with all the essential bits to ensure that not only will we  stay cool but that we will look smashing in our fancy climacool gear. Oh, and check out our miadidas TeamBremma trainers!
